Last-Minute Booking: All last-minute bookings require upfront payment and are non-cancellable. Payments made for these reservations are non-refundable.


Meet & Greet: All reservations with Meet & Greet or Greeter Service only must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations will incur a charge equal to the total trip cost, including gratuity.

After the grace period expires, waiting time is charged as follows: $8.00 for every five (5) minutes for Sedan and SUV, and $10.00 for Sprinter, Limousine Coach, Motor Coach, and Party Bus.


Please note that the grace period begins once the plane has landed ("wheels down"), not at the gate arrival time.


Point-to-Point:

STC Charge (Standard Transportation Charge): 20% will be applied to every reservation point to point. STC is a charge based upon various overhead expense items some of which may not relate to the specific trip.


Travel Time:
Our rates are calculated based on mileage and the selected vehicle. Since our facility is located in Boston, just outside Logan Airport, point-to-point reservations with pickup and drop-off locations outside of Boston will include additional travel time charges to account for the distance from our garage to the nearest pickup location.

Meet & Greeter Service Information


To request a baggage claim greeter, please email us at hello@jrlimocarservice.com or select this option when booking online.


Airport Fee: Will be applied on every airport pick-up. There is an additional $20.00 charge for all international arrivals.


Arriving flights: Delayed flights will not be charged for wait time. We will be monitoring the incoming flight to make sure a chauffeur is there exactly when you arrive. The grace period will start after the plane is wheels down, not at gate arrival time.


NOTE: We must have the proper flight number and airline on every airport pick-up.


Canceled flights: JR Limo Car Service can reschedule the pick-up according to the new arriving date and time at no extra charge. However, If the reservation is canceled because of a canceled flight, notified less than 6 hours prior to pick up time, the fare equal to the total trip cost including gratuity will be charged for any cancellation that is made less than 6 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.


Delayed Flights: We track all inbound flights so that we may arrive at your landing time. If your flight is delayed and arrives after midnight, you will be charged an early morning fee


Diverted Flights: JR Limo Car Service is not responsible for diverted flights. The chauffeur will remain at the airport until notified by the passenger. The fare equal to the total trip cost including gratuity will be charged for any diverted flight cancellation. If the passenger wants the chauffeur to remain on location to wait for their arrival, the reservation will be billed hourly as directed, from garage to garage.


Departure Flights: We do not monitor outbound flights. JR Limo Car Service is not responsible for departure flights that are delayed. The fare equal to the total trip cost including gratuity will be charged for any cancellation that is made less than 6 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Any changes to the pickup time can be accommodated at no extra charge if the chauffeur has not left our garage; however, if the chauffeur is already enroute, the chauffeur will arrive at the original pickup time and will remain on location. The wait time will be added to the final cost of the reservation. 


FBO: All FBO arrivals are subject to a minimum charge of one and a half hours.

 


Hourly As Directed:

Hourly as Directed: Charges are billed per hour at the prevailing rate for the selected vehicle, with a minimum of three (3) hours for Sedan, SUV, and Sprinter reservations, and six (6) hours for Limousine Coach, Motor Coach, and Party Bus bookings. Final costs are based on the actual ride duration, plus garage-to-garage time.


Garage time accounts for the cost of the vehicle and chauffeur traveling to the pickup location and returning from the drop-off point, with a minimum of 30 minutes. All time-based charges are billed in 30-minute increments.



Concerts & Sports:

Gillette Stadium & Xfinity Center: All reservations must be booked on an hourly basis. Point-to-point reservations are no longer accepted.


TD Garden & Fenway Park: All reservations have a two-hour minimum charge. Point-to-point reservations are no longer accepted



Fees and Surcharges:

Holidays: JR Limo Car Service will charge ($25) or (25%), whichever is greater for service scheduled for the following days: New Year’s Eve after 12 pm, New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, Presidents Day, Patriots’ Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day (4th of July), (5th of July observed), Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas’s Eve after 12 pm, and Christmas’s Day.


The holidays specified above apply exclusively to reservations within the Northeastern United States. Reservations outside of New England or internationally will be subject to the applicable local holiday fees.


Gratuity and Tips: Drivers always receive 100% of the gratuity charged. All gratuities are recommended and may be increased, decreased, or eliminated if for any reason you are not satisfied with the service. NO QUESTION ASKED.


Tolls: Tolls will be billed at face value when applicable, at the end of the trip and added to the bill. If it’s not already applied. Routing without tolls if charged in the reservation will be removed.


Admin Fee: An administration fee of 18% will be added to every reservation. The Admin Fee is a standard charge that covers administrative costs associated with processing reservations, coordination, and ensuring a seamless service experience for our clients.


Early Morning Fee: A $20 surcharge for service scheduled between 12:00 AM and 12:59 AM. A $25 surcharge for service scheduled between 1:00 AM and 5:00 AM.


Parking and out of Pocket Charges: All out-of-pocket charges, including tolls, parking, airport fees will be billed to customers.


Extra stops: A $20 fee is applied for each stop, based on the location and direction (this does not apply to Hourly/As Directed jobs). Waiting time is charged at $8.00 for every five (5) minutes for Sedan and SUV, and $10.00 per five (5) minutes for Sprinter.


No-show: A no show fee equal to the trip cost plus applicable waiting time, tolls, parking, and gratuity will be charged when the passenger fails to show at the designated location for which a reservation has been made. In order to avoid this charge, passengers should not leave designated pick-up locations without notifying JR Limo Car Service at 857 777 9500.


Lost and Found: JR Limo Car Service assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged articles left in or nearby the vehicle(s) belonging to the client or passenger. 


Pet Policy: JR Limo Car Service allows pets. If the pet weighs more than fifteen pounds, we require them to be placed in a cage. Smaller pets should be on a leash or inside a case. They should never be seated beside the chauffeur by itself on the seat, or to be standing at the door looking out the window. Any scratches or damage to the vehicle caused by your pet will be billed to the reservation. If you have a service animal, you don’t have to place them in a crate. To make sure that every pet protocol is followed please call our customer care service at 857-777-9500 for us to check if there is anything else you might need to do depending on the kind of pet and weight. You can be sure you will always be provided with a pet-friendly chauffeur.


Bad Weather Policy: Reservations made with an Executive Sedan will be required to be upgraded to an SUV in case of snow conditions for the safety of the chauffeur and the passenger. Additional costs will apply.


Breakdown: JR Limo Car Service is not responsible for delays of services due to circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to severe weather, vehicle breakdowns and/or road conditions and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date.


Damage and Liability: The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to a vehicle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. The chauffeur or the office feels that the renter/party of the renter is putting the chauffeur or the mode of transportation or the renter/party of the renter in danger of injury. Or if the renter/party of the renter is in the possession of any Illegal material or substance, this service will be canceled without refund. This is without exception. JR Limo Car Service reserves the right to add up to an additional $300 fee for any damage to a vehicle. A fee of $150.00 for each carpet or seat burn, spillage, and soiling. The sanitation fee is $250.00.


Alcohol: Law prohibits alcohol consumption in all sedans & SUVs. Drug use is prohibited in any vehicle. Law prohibits minors (under 21 years of age) to possess or consume alcohol or drugs in any of our vehicles. If a passenger is found to possess said above, the run will be terminated, and law enforcement officials will be contacted immediately. The driver has the right to terminate the run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof. Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles. Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet. Not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.). Not responsible for articles left in the limousine. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
